Miss Laurie Botello is excited to continue teaching preschool at Mountain Peak this year. Laurie has been at Mountain Peak since 2009, serving as a staff aide, after school program coordinator and summer camp leader. Having a love for kids, she has been pursuing her early childhood teaching credentials while working here and has thrived stepping into the role of classroom teacher. She is loved by staff and students alike and we are very excited about what she brings to the preschool classroom. Outside of school, Laurie is a single Mom to Zane, her almost 4 year old son. She enjoys watching movies and playing board games with family and is an avid swing dancer. She also loves to read. Miss Botello looks forward to bringing her enthusiasm to each and every preschooler and instilling the joy of learning in them.
